Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to uphold fast, friendly service and food quality while following Dairy Queen standards and supporting management with daily operations.

The role reports to the Assistant Manager and General Manager and involves supervising staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and training team members to meet brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
