Shift Manager – Carr Family McDonald’s Restaurants

As a Shift Manager at Carr Family McDonald’s, you’ll be responsible for leading shifts, managing team performance, and ensuring smooth operations. What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow.
