The Shift Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. The incumbent will be responsible for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present. This person must provide excellent customer service at all times and be a strong teammate to our franchise partner.
