Job summary

Papa John's in Waco, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality products and excellent customer service. You will lead by example, uphold safety standards, and drive profitability while supporting team performance.

• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
