Job summary

Papa John's in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality products, great customer service, and strong team performance.

Youll lead by example, support policies, maintain safety and compliance, and help keep the restaurant profitable. Requires at least 1 year in QSR, high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
