Job Title: Taco Bell Restaurant Shift Manager

Job Overview

As a Taco Bell Restaurant Shift Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by managing work shifts and ensuring adherence to Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership of your responsibilities, solve problems proactively, seek help when needed, and guide team members. Your key responsibilities include ensuring Team Members complete their duties, serve safe and quality food, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.

Expected Behaviors

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
• Provide positive feedback to Team Members.
• Communicate honestly and openly with the management team.
• Follow policies and procedures related to cash handling, security, inventory, and labor.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable private transportation
• At least 1 year of management experience; food service experience is a plus
• Basic math skills
• Availability to work varied schedules, including late nights and weekends
