Steak ’n Shake is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. You will drive openings/closings, coach staff, and deliver fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards. The role includes responsibility for deposits and end-of-day reporting.

The candidate will manage a fast-paced team, mentor staff, and ensure guest satisfaction during all shifts. Flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay are offered.

• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
