Job summary

Steak ’n Shake Grandville is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability. You will set up openings/closings, coach the team, and ensure fast, friendly, accurate service while upholding brand standards.

The role requires reliability, strong people skills, and a commitment to exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling, on-site work, and opportunities to grow are offered.

• Ensure all brand standards are met - cleanliness, food safety, and quality.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including key-holder responsibilities.
• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
