Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager in Sartell, MN to lead daily operations, deliver an excellent guest experience, ensure high-quality food preparation and service, and keep the restaurant clean and functional.

You will cascade training to Sandwich Artists, schedule and supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure equipment operates properly, and complete required paperwork. Flexibility for day, evening and weekend shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Communication and organizational skills

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
