Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in St. Augustine, FL, for a Shift Manager. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include inventory management, handling customer inquiries, ensuring store cleanliness, and maintaining safety standards. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for opening and closing the store, balancing cash registers, and leading team members by example.
