Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in our Oregon restaurants. You will focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, and supervising staff across shifts.

As a Subway Team Member in this role, you will cascade training, manage scheduling, ensure equipment functions, and handle paperwork. Flexibility with full-time/part-time and day/evening/weekend shifts is required; compensation to be discussed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Communication and organizational skills

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
