Shift Manager Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to keep Quality, Service, and Cleanliness at the highest level.

Shift Managers plan for each shift, monitor performance, address issues to meet standards, ensure safety and security, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. They may also help assigned departments meet their goals and reach productivity targets.
