Shift Manager

The Shift Manager is responsible for restaurant performance by leading crew teams to provide an outstanding guest experience. They ensure all safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards are met, empower teams to adopt a “we care” culture, help them set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction. The Shift Manager thrives in a fast‑paced environment and handles all issues that develop during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Handle and oversee crew schedules.
• Inspire and empower: Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
