Position: Shift Supervisor

What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspire and guide staff
• Complete daily paperwork to record the restaurant’s success
• Manage inventory

The Shift Supervisor ensures the store runs smoothly, maintains customer satisfaction, and leads the team effectively. Responsibilities include inspiring staff, resolving issues, managing inventory, completing paperwork, managing financials, and overseeing daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands

• Counting money accurately
• Reading and writing in English
