Role: Shift Supervisor

What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success
• Manages Inventory

The primary responsibility of our Shift Supervisor is to ensure the store runs smoothly, serving quality food and keeping customers happy. They lead their team, resolve issues, and manage operational tasks such as inventory, paperwork, and financial deposits. They also oversee daily shift operations and store closing procedures.

Physical Demands

• Counting money accurately
• Reading and writing in English
• Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly
• Basic computer skills
