What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff

• Manages Inventory

The primary responsibility of our Shift Supervisor is to ensure the store runs smoothly, keeps customers satisfied, and the team is motivated. Key skills include organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, along with inventory management, financial handling, and end-of-day reporting. The role involves leading daily shifts and closing the store effectively.
