What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success
• Manages inventory

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, the team is motivated, and the customers leave happy. Key responsibilities include leading daily shifts, managing inventory, completing paperwork, and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as carrying up to 40 pounds, standing for long periods, and reaching/bending
• Basic computer skills
