Position Overview

The Shift Manager oversees the day-to-day management of each shift in the restaurant. The incumbent is responsible for delegating tasks, supervising restaurant staff, and problem-solving on the job. This role requires providing excellent customer service and being a strong teammate to our franchise partner.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage each shift and address issues such as tardy employees, customer complaints, and food delivery.
2. Ensure complete customer satisfaction during each visit.
3. Complete all daily paperwork, including red book information, shift inventories, and other necessary documentation to ensure profitability.
4. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times.
5. Enforce all brand standards, company policies, and procedures.
6. Represent the company professionally, treating all employees with dignity and respect.
7. Train staff at all levels in proper operations, POS systems, back-of-house functions, customer service, and positional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills with all hourly associates.
• Availability to cover all shifts during normal operating hours.
• Previous restaurant experience required.
