McDonald’s in Orange City, FL is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. You will oversee crew schedules, motivate the team, and ensure quick, friendly guest service while upholding McDonald’s standards.

You’ll supervise food safety and cleanliness, act on safety and inventory concerns, and drive profitability. This role rewards leadership with training, advancement opportunities, and a path to greater responsibility within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
