Job summary

Pickleman’s in Omaha, NE is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations and mentor team members. You will train and coach staff, maintain a positive atmosphere, and ensure the dining area stays clean and sanitary for an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, helping with food prep/presentation, upholding safety standards, and collaborating with the management team to drive continuous growth and learning. Pay is $16-$19 per hour plus tips.

• Work as a part of the Management Team with training and development of other Pickleman’s team members
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards along with Pickleman’s policies and procedures
• Work as a team player with an eagerness for continuous growth/learning

Our Shift Managers play a very important role in the success of Pickleman’s team! Responsibilities include training and coaching Pickleman’s team associates, keeping the team's enthusiasm and motivation high and the restaurant tidy and sanitary so that our customers are sure to enjoy their experience!
