• Work as part of the Management Team with training and development of other Pickleman’s team members
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards and Pickleman’s policies and procedures
• Work as a team player with an eagerness for continuous growth/learning

Our Shift Managers play a very important role in the success of Pickleman’s team! Responsibilities include training and coaching Pickleman’s team associates, keeping the team's enthusiasm and motivation high and the restaurant tidy and sanitary so that our customers are sure to enjoy their experience!
