Job summary

Pickleman’s is seeking a Shift Manager in Wisconsin. You will train and coach team associates, keep the restaurant tidy and sanitary, and help ensure guests enjoy their experience. Responsibilities include supporting operational tasks and contributing to a friendly atmosphere.

You’ll work with the Management Team to train and develop staff, complete systems and procedures with accuracy, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in line with Pickleman’s policies.

• Strive to exceed customer expectations including food preparation and presentation, restaurant cleanliness, and aid in creating a friendly atmosphere for staff and customers to enjoy!
• Work as a part of the Management Team with training and development of other Pickleman’s team members
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment by following all safety and sanitation standards along with Pickleman’s policies and procedures
• Work as a team player with an eagerness for continuous growth/learning

Pay rate : $16-$19 + tips

Our Shift Managers play a very important role in the success of Pickleman’s team! Responsibilities include training and coaching Pickleman’s team associates, keeping the team's enthusiasm and motivation high and the restaurant tidy and sanitary so that our customers are sure to enjoy their experience!
