What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success
• Manages Inventory

The primary responsibility of our Shift Supervisor is to ensure the store runs smoothly, the team is motivated, and customers leave satisfied. This role involves inspiring staff, resolving issues, managing inventory, completing paperwork, handling financials, and leading daily shifts.

• Counting money accurately
