Position: Shift Manager (Hourly, Non-Exempt)

Location: Fulenwider KFC/Taco Bell – Fulenwider Enterprises' Restaurants

Type: Full-Time

Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Dedication to exceptional customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Basic business math and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience in food or retail (preferred)
Additional Requirements
  • Follow procedures for operating restaurant equipment (fryers, ovens, etc.)
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. and carry loads up to 30 feet
  • Push/pull up to 90 lbs. and carry loads up to 30 feet
  • Adhere to safety requirements
