What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success!
• Manages Inventory

The primary responsibility for our Shift Supervisor is to ensure that the store operates smoothly, keeps customers satisfied, and maintains high standards. They lead their team, inspire staff, resolve issues, and keep inventory in check. Responsibilities also include completing paperwork, managing financials, and handling deposits. Shift Supervisors oversee daily operations and ensure the store closes properly.
