What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success
• Manages inventory

Carrols ensures you are an important part of providing customers with their favorite meals! The primary responsibility of our Shift Supervisor is to ensure the store runs smoothly, serving quality food and keeping customers satisfied. They lead their team, motivate staff, and resolve issues using strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of team responsibilities and inventory management are essential. Additional duties include completing paperwork, managing financials, and handling deposits. Shift Supervisors oversee daily operations and close the store at the end of each shift.
