Carrols makes sure you are an important part of customers having it their way! The ultimate responsibility for our Shift Supervisor is to ensure that the store is operational, the staff is motivated, and customers are satisfied. Key responsibilities include:

1. Operating the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
2. Inspiring and guiding staff
3. Completing daily paperwork
4. Managing inventory

The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with knowledge of team responsibilities and inventory management. Additional duties involve managing financials, issuing/delivering deposits, and leading daily shifts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with your team
