What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success!
• Manages Inventory

Carrols ensures you are a vital part of customers having it their way! The primary responsibility of our Shift Supervisor is to ensure that the store runs smoothly, the team is motivated, and customers are satisfied. They lead daily operations, manage staff, handle inventory, complete paperwork, and oversee financial transactions including deposits. They also resolve issues promptly and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
