McDonald's in Midland, Texas is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise crew, schedule shifts, and deliver an outstanding guest experience while upholding McDonald's standards.

You will lead by example, train teammates, ensure food safety and cleanliness, handle inventory and cash handling, and clock in on time for every shift, with opportunities for training and advancement.
