What Does a SHIFT SUPERVISOR do?

• Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager
• Inspires and guides their staff
• Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King’s success
• Manages Inventory

The ultimate responsibility for our Shift Supervisor is to ensure that the store is functioning smoothly, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team leadership. The role involves inspiring staff, resolving issues, managing inventory, completing paperwork, and handling financials including deposits. Shift Supervisors lead daily shifts and ensure the store is properly closed at the end of each day.
