In this role, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager by overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring every shift runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is a positive leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, motivating others, and providing outstanding customer service.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate Team Members during each shift.
• Delegate tasks and communicate shift goals and priorities.
• Coach employees with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support onboarding and training of new Team Members.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Restaurant Operations

• Perform all Team Member responsibilities as needed.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and sales goals.
• Ensure all food, beverage, and service standards are consistently met.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant appearance.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Complete shift change communication to ensure smooth transitions.

Guest Service

• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Lead by example by providing friendly, fast, and accurate service.
• Encourage Team Members to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.

Other Management Tasks

• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Follow company policies related to safety, security, and loss prevention.
• Manage cash handling procedures and monitor cash over/short during each shift.
• Assist with employee scheduling as assigned.

Education/Experience

• Basic computer skills
