Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an energetic Shift Leader to help lead our restaurant team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will support the Restaurant Manager by overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring smooth shifts.

You will lead Team Members, delegate tasks, coach with feedback, support onboarding, ensure food quality and service standards, manage inventory, and assist with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

• Lead by example by providing friendly, fast, and accurate service.
• Encourage Team Members to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Follow company policies related to safety, security, and loss prevention.
• Manage cash handling procedures and monitor cash over/short during each shift.
• Assist with employee scheduling as assigned.
