Shift Managers perform various tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping their departments achieve goals.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald's environment. Applicants must be 18 or older.
