Position available: Shift Manager. The ideal candidate must be dependable and reliable, capable of working from 8 a.m. to close, with shifts available within this time frame. Weekend work is mandatory at times, rotating with other managers.
Pay will be based on experience in the food business and management.

Candidate behaviors:
A Shift Manager is responsible for running excellent shifts and assisting the General Manager and Assistant Managers in managing the restaurant to ensure guests receive outstanding dining experiences. The Shift Manager guides team members, maintains operating standards, and trains staff on all restaurant tasks. Physical requirements include standing for up to 8 hours, lifting 25-40 pounds, and performing pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, bending, and bilateral finger and wrist movements. Effective communication—verbal and written—with employees, supervisors, guests, and vendors is essential. Responsibilities also include cash reconciliation, completing paperwork, and monitoring quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
