Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Mason City is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and to support the management team by coaching teammates to ensure tasks are performed efficiently, creating legendary guest experiences.

This role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for advancement, alongside benefits and ongoing training to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience preferred.
• Strong time management and guest service skills.

YOU GOT THIS

• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
