Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager in Gastonia, NC to supervise daily restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support an energetic team dedicated to guest satisfaction.

You will coach team members, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and uphold standards for service, safety, and quality while contributing to a positive, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol (as required by law).
• Strong time management and guest service skills.
