Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and coach team members for optimal performance and guest satisfaction.

You will support the management team to maintain smooth daily operations and deliver exceptional service, with a focus on teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively and guest experiences are outstanding.
• Support the management team to drive legendary service and smooth daily operations.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
