Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and support the management team. You’ll coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, helping create legendary experiences for guests and keeping service standards high.

This role requires 2 years of restaurant or bar experience, and you must meet age requirements to serve alcohol where permitted by law. Buffalo Wild Wings values teamwork and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (as per law).
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
