Job summary

Five Guys Burgers and Fries in Cincinnati area is recruiting Managers In Training to become Shift Managers. You’ll motivate, coach and lead your team to WOW customers while creating an environment your team enjoys working in.

Open availability (7:30–4, 4–11, 7 days a week) with 1–2 years fast-casual supervisory dining experience. Starting pay $17.00/hour plus electronic tips, bringing the rate to $19.00/hour or more, depending on location.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment (shift lead/manager).
• High School Diploma is required.
• Reliable transportation and full-time availability (40 hours/week).
• Flexibility to work night and weekend hours; strong customer service skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to operate a cash register.

All hires must have open availability, meaning open 7:30-4, close 4-11 pm Mondays - Sundays.. 7 days a week and 1-2 current years experience as a shift manager in a restaurant setting.

We are recruiting Managers In Training to become Five Guys Burgers and Fries Shift Managers. Managers at Five Guys are an important part of the restaurant leadership team. Use your ability to motivate, teach and lead your team to WOW our customers while creating an environment your team enjoys working in.

We have several locations in greater part of Cincinnati and Kentucky. If you have up to 1-2 years of current fast-casual supervisory dining experience and enjoy shoulder-to-shoulder teaching, never cut corners, and lead by example, then this is the job for you!

Starting pay $17.00 an hour plus electronic tips which pays out $2.00 more an hour making your hourly rate $19.00 an hour or more, depending on location.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment, such as shift lead, shift manager
• High School Diploma
• Reliable transportation
