Steak ’n Shake Brownsburg is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability.

You will open and close shifts, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards and quality.

• Count drawers, manage deposits, and finalize end-of-day reports.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and team members.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment built on trust and respect.
• Step into any station as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
