Position Summary: This position performs, leads, and supervises basic operational duties to provide quality products and service to guests.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Perform, lead, and supervise station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru, if applicable) to meet operational standards.
2. Assist with new employee orientation and training.
3. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
4. Perform, lead, and supervise regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food prep tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food prep areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease, according to standards.
5. Maintain regular attendance.

Additional Duties:

1. Lead shift meetings.
2. Report customer or employee complaints/issues to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
3. Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
4. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Time/Shift Expectations: Minimum of 30 hours per week; irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Work Environment: Continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting in a restaurant environment; exposure to heat, hot liquids, freezer, and extreme weather conditions.
