Bojangles' is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced QSR environment. You will supervise a diverse team, manage front-line service, and ensure high-quality food and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have restaurant management experience and a proven ability to drive labor, food cost and P&L performance while motivating staff to deliver smiles and consistently excellent service. This role offers growth opportunities within a growing brand and requires energy,

Competenze

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry, managing a team and P&L.
• Breakfast and drive-through experience is a plus.
• Must love to work in a team environment and bring energy to each shift.

Requirements:

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others

Monday to Friday

Experience:

Management: 2 years (Preferred)

general manager: 1 year (Preferred)
