Job Description

We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven, thorough professional dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational tasks including food prep, customer service, and cleanliness
  • Train and develop team members to ensure excellent service
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets
  • Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes
Requirements
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality
  • Ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
