Job summary

McDonald’s USA is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead crew schedules, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise food safety, keep the restaurant clean, and drive performance through effective leadership and customer-focused service. This role requires strong communication and a passion for helping others, with opportunities for training and advancement.

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you’ll:
