Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a proactive Shift Manager in the United States (Indiana) to lead crew scheduling and daily restaurant operations. You will inspire managers and crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining food safety and cleanliness to McDonald’s standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, fast decision making, and ongoing staff training in a dynamic environment. Excellent customer service and communication are essential.
