McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant is hiring a motivated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a fast-paced team. Wages start at $17.94 per hour and benefits include paid vacation, health coverage, and opportunities for tuition assistance.

As a Shift Manager, you will supervise food safety, manage crew schedules, and deliver excellent customer service while helping the restaurant achieve its targets. This position requires leadership experience and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

Eligibility

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. However, we consider all applicants, We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.
