Job summary

Rally's is hiring immediately for Shift Managers to join our team. You must be able to work a lunch or dinner shift on Friday, Saturday and Sunday as these are the restaurant's busiest days.

The Shift Manager will support the General Manager, manage successful shifts, drive sales, and ensure top-notch Guest and Team service. Responsibilities include promoting guest satisfaction, coaching Team Members, and enforcing policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a lunch or dinner shift on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Able to train and coach Team Members on operations and Guest service.
• Support the General Manager to run successful shifts and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by delivering guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalate concerns to the General Manager and communicate with team and guests.
• Train and develop Team Members; enforce policies and procedures on shifts.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations.
• Help keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for guests and employees.

PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK

As a member of the franchise team you will assist the General Manager thru managing successful shifts, by achieving sales and profits goals, executing procedures and providing excellent Guest and Team service. The Shift Manager will support the restaurant and General Manager to ensure we are 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees.

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations
• Escalating any concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees or Guests to the General Manager
• Ensuring policy and procedures are being followed on shifts Training Team Members on Company operations, policies and procedures and Guest service
• Identifying and responding to complaints and policy and procedures violations
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
