Job summary

Rally's is actively seeking Team Members to join our crew in Kentucky. This role focuses on delivering fast, bold food with exceptional guest service, and it requires weekend shifts on Friday through Sunday.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team in a busy restaurant, upholding safety, cleanliness, and a positive dining experience. Team Members will receive on-the-job training, opportunities for cross-training, and a supportive environment that emphasizes adherence to policies and guest

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction
• Escalating any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests!

Rally's is hiring immediately for Team Members to join their team!

HEY don't apply if you can't work a lunch or dinner shift on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Must be able to work a shift on each weekend day. These are the busiest days in a restaurant. We just discard applications that can't work weekends.

PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK
