Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Execution
- Accountable for ensuring we are not out of food in the restaurant (take action)
- Ensure team members are in proper uniform and following the proper uniform guidelines
- Ensure all open and unopened products are labeled
- Daily curb appeal walkthrough
- Windows clean without fingerprints
- All equipment working
- Proper handwashing
- All food safety standards are followed
- Leadership; primary and secondary responsibilities: leading team members when MOD
- Accountable for team members following procedures during the shift
- Setting daily shift goals and communicating them using a shift huddle/huddle board
- Talks team into and out of position -TIP TOP
- At least 2 Travel paths completed during the shift
- Guest surveys during the shift-ACR
- Resolving guest issues using H.E.A.R.T.
Administrative Work
- Complete all Tasks in Zenput - all HACCP logs were completed during the shift
- Counting the safe
- Counting the registers
- Daily Inventory
- Position planning and execution (Shift to Assist form)
- Written documentation of team member issues
- Daily login to the Success Dashboard via the Scoop
Restaurant Follow Up
Communicating with the other department managers if one of their team members is not doing their job or if
there are any equipment maintenance issues.
Before leaving for the day, ensure the restaurant is left neat, clean, and organized for the next shift.
Requirements
- Flexible Schedule: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with team members.
- Willingness to learn and follow directions.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required Ability to stand for long periods of time, minimum of 4 hours and up to 8 -10 hours.
- Capable of reaching overhead, bend, and lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Black Dress Pants and Non-Slip Shoes: Provide your own attire for a professional appearance and safety in the workplace.
