You will drive shift performance, oversee food quality, safety, and service standards while coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in kitchen or food service preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods (4–10 hours).
• Provide appropriate attire for a professional appearance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift as MOD and guide team members to hit daily goals.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed and inventory is managed.
• Complete HACCP logs and daily sanitation tasks in Zenput.
• Count safe and registers; manage daily inventory.
• Communicate issues with other department managers as needed.
• Prepare restaurant for the next shift with cleanliness and organization.
